"We stayed for just one night visiting our son at Uni. The apartment was superb. Perfect as a comfortable base for going out and about. Despite the traffic in the area it was quiet. Bed was comfy so a good night’s sleep. Communication from the owner was excellent.

"The whole process of being able to stay there was awful.
I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent.
I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked.
Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common.
At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."

"Staff were very welcoming and polite. We had an issue with the telly in the first room they put us in, when speaking to the staff about this they decided to move us rooms which was so thoughtful. They didn’t have to do this. For it being a little hidden gem we will definitely be back!! Once again thank you to the staff at Hansen Hotel. We felt so welcome and check in was so easy also."
