Terrible service that requires transportation to different points of the city to access the property if you arrive later than 11:30 pm... The least friendly staff on the planet... Like any 21st century property, they do not have access control boxes that allow guests to access the property during overtime hours if they do not have staff to assist them.,,NEVER AGAIN"

The apartment is close to all modes of transportation - the Metro is right around the corner, city tour bus stops are a block away, taxis are plentiful right out the door, and city bus stops are a half a block walk. Starbucks is on one corner. The smaller markets are a five-minute walk and Aldi is a bit further. The LaRambla area is a 10-minute walk. "We had a great stay. It was our first place on our first family trip to Europe. I was a little worried how everything would work out doing accommodations this way, but the communication was great and everything was clear and easy to navigate. Our hostess did a great job explaining everything. The apartment was ready on arrival and they were easily contacted to check us in. They were helpful when we needed to store our bags for a late check out. Place was clean, comfortable and air conditioned....
