Locating the hotel was not intuitive as someone who had never been to barcelona. The entrance is not easy to recognize. However, once there, it was not a problem. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value. I recommend the room with the balcony as the view of the street is nice from the 5th floor. The location is good as well, there are many bars and restaurants around and it is possible to walk anywhere in the city, or quickly access the metro. I would recommend this hotel to those looking to explore the city and experience local culture. However be aware that it more so an apartment and you will be sharing a bathroom with 2-3 other rooms.

The only things that I’d complain about was the baseboards weren’t clean but it may be okay with others and the neighboring room would allow the door to close which woke us up several times the last night we were there. The location was great to get the experience and feel of the city. The staff was accommodating for an earlier check in and a little late on the check out!

I was absolutely shocked when our next door neighbour checked at 23.20 and we were woke up by their absolute noise. Walking like horses slamming doors and loud speak. I came out from my room and the host or host helper was asked in a very respectable manner if they know what the time is!?! Answer from the host ( not the guest) was that we are checking in. I said but with all due respect we want to sleep because we have to wake up early. .Answer : well go to sleep , turned with her ass towards me like nothing happened. I know that tourist are good only to take their money but this attitude was outrageous. The rest kitchen bathroom very very clean and neat.

Disappointed with this property since we did not get what we paid for. Misleading information about the room since we booked a double room with air conditioning for 21 days and we were put in a room that was no bigger than a walk in closet that was extremely hot and the owner refused to help and change us to a different room. They kept giving us excuse after excuse. They could have given us another room since the other rooms were short term rental like 1-5 nights.Shared bathroom that never had toilet paper, shared kitchen that never had paper towels or towels to dry dishes. Another issue was only 1 set of keys to get into the building to get to the room which means that we had to stay around the property so the other could get back in. The staff for the most part were friendly. their 4 pm check in time needs to be reviewed for guests that arrive earlier or a way to hold their luggage.

Everything was fine with the accommodation, the apartment was new and fully equipped. The only downside is that the air conditioning is extra, 10 euros per day. It could be included in the daily rate. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We like that it was spacious and clean and had good lighting, unlike some other hotels. We did not like that it was an apartment and not a true hotel. We had a problem with the staff not getting back to us when they said they would.

This was a very nice property! It was close to the metro and had a lot of options for food and groceries nearby. You will be sharing the property with other people but I didn’t have any problems with that :)

Stay away from this property

I would highly recommend NOT staying at this property and finding a nearby hotel, even it might cost a few euro more. The details of the property are misleading, communication with the administration team is awful, and, all considered, it is overpriced. Unless you enjoy paying high prices to share a bathroom with 5 rooms, I'd search elsewhere.

La stanza tripla con bagno privato si presentava esattamente come nelle foto, molto carina e pulita. Ci siamo trovati molto bene se non fosse che il secondo giorno sono stata aggredita da una signora locale che insinuava che i turisti non posso stare nell’appartamento in quanto abusivo. Posso dire per esperienza che non è vero e che Kristina con Nina sono state subito disponibili a trovare una soluzione. Dopo questo disguido gli altri giorni sono andati bene. Vicino alla metro e anche ad una zona dove poter mangiare cibo locale non i soliti ristoranti acchiappa turisti.

La struttura era in una via molto bella tutta alberata. 1/4 d ora a piedi ero alla rambla.... lenzuola e bagno puliti ..la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile Avevo bar e negozi vicini.. avevo autobus vicino per raggiungere le attrazioni da visitare era vicino ad avinguda del paralel...dove potevo passeggiare..l.acqua della doccia era calda quando serviva . Una mancanza secondo me importante era la mancanza del televisore ...quando si rientra in alloggio dopo tutte le escursioni i a piedi in città avere un TV può essere importante per poter riposare ...e passare un po di tempo .....l aria condizionata era a pagamento ...forse questo disturba ...comunque tutto bene

Bra rum, rent och fint och inget att klaga på där. Skön säng! Fantastiskt läge. Lite besvärligt att meddelandena med information skickades på spanska vilket gjorde det svårt för mig som inte var spanskspråkig att förstå vad som egentligen gällde. Lite snålt att ta extra betalt för tvättmaskinen och ACn det borde inkluderas i priset för rummet för att slippa administration kring det för både gästen och värden även om det innebar att rummet skulle bli lite dyrare. Lite besvärligt och snålt att få betala för sen incheckning trots att det var utanför min kontroll när mitt färdmedel blev försenat och dessutom kräva betalningen av den kontant direkt på plats. Bemötandet gentemot gästen hade kunnat vara bättre generellt. Men det fina rummet och det bra läget och priser väger upp.
