"Stayed in a handicap accessible room For three nights. Overall, the room was very nice. However, with it being an accessible room getting my wheelchair over the threshold was extremely difficult and getting the wheelchair down the ramp to the parking lot was difficult. Parking was good next to a Dunkin’ Donuts. Love that it was dog friendly. The bed was very soft for me however, my husband was fine. Overall four out of five stars."

"I am extremely disappointed with the hotel services. We had a good stay, great cleanliness, despite some stains on the carpet in the room and bathtub. However, I forgot a bag with shoes in the closet. I called for 4 days in a row and no one could tell me if they had found the bag. Until on the fourth day the attendant told me that the bag was not found. My fault for forgetting the bag. But how did they not find it if it was in the closet?
