The front desk staff were perfect, and the chef at the free breakfast, Minor, showed us around all the wonderful new fruits, and Tifara helped us arrange a late check out to coincide with our shuttle. We will be coming back! BTW the outdoor gardens are beautiful and worth a walk, tidy landscaping "

"San Jose is a 3rd world country with 1st world prices. Hotel is more like a resort, breakfast is available for purchase. No complaints about the resort but all over Costa Rica is very backwards, traffic jam always, pollution, air quality is very low, I don't recommend staying too long "
