"This is an apartment building converted into a Hotel/ Airbnb. This is my 1st time staying in a hotel like this and it's very affordable and I prefer it since I don't need anything except a place to crash and a quick cup of coffee since I'm constantly on the run."

"Location is great for visiting MIT or Harvard. The colleges are all within walking distance. View of the river is amazing! Short uber/lyft ride to Boston and the sights. Onsite restaurant is good. We ate at the restaurant several times, once for dinner and 3 times for breakfast. No complaints. "

"The front desk was alsome in helping finding rides, resturants, local info! My only issue was not knowing the Hotel transfer driver takes a break from 12 noon until 3pm which affected my friend and I getting to the hotel so in lieu of the $10 fee a taxi cost me $45! My friend $35, the breakfast was great perfect start to the day! Had a lot of plans for Boston but the rain changed those plans and again the front desk helped in guiding me to some indoor items until the downpours slowed up in the afternoon!"
