"We requested an accesible room, and this one was above and beyond my expectations. Everything was in reach of mt wheelchair, even a bath with a chair attached to it. Even a automatic door open key card. Incredible!! Will return back here!!"

"The hotel location is superior, right cross prudential center. Many attractions are just around the corners. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The extra bonus is complimentary refreshments ,water and fruits. We are very happy to stay . Definitely will back to stay again if visiting Boston . "

"Hotel lobby is beautiful and the room was very clean only complaints is the peep hole cover was broken ,one of the nightstand’s lamp did not work nor did the outlets to that lamp and the light outside the bathroom door did not work. But overall the room was clean and me and my partner felt very comfortable during our stay. Yes the location is on Mass Ave and can be sketchy at night but the police/security outside the hotel are consistently patrolling the area which made us feel a lot more safe. Keep in mind it is near the hospital so the area can noisy and you’ll hear lots of sirens and cars but personally that did not bother us at all. Also you need a key card to activate the elevators which also helped us feel more comfortable and safe during our stay. Hotel is right next to Boston Medical which is why we chose this hotel because i had surgery there so if you have appointments at the hospital this hotel is perfect for that. Overall the hotel was very clean, comfortable and the price is very affordable for how nice the hotel is"
