"The place was nice and was clean on the inside of the room. Complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. I will say the place was a bit small, and I did run into parking issues where someone took our designated spot. I was not able to reach management as it was past normal business hours. It was also a bit pricey to not have some basic room amenities such as an ironing board and microwave. Lastly, it's important to note the location is not actually near the populated area of Pagosa Springs. It's way past walking distance and is about a 3-5 minute drive."

"It was clean, one floor which we liked, in a good location. We could sit outside on the porch and see Pagosa Peak and the mountain range. It was perfect for getting to hiking trails."

"Most well stocked vacation rental ever - outside of essentials they had more games than I have ever seen as well as all that we could ask for in equipment for enjoying the lake!! (Kayak, paddle boards, life vests, fishing poles, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed the fire table on the patio and the hot tub as well! We would definitely come back!"

"The condo was clean and roomy with updated appliances. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking pots and pans we needed including a crockpot. Having laundry facilities is a big plus as well as an outdoor grill. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, view, and the quiet evenings. We hope to rebook again in the future."
