"Wife and I spent a few days in Pagosa Springs. This place is conveniently located downtown and easy access to all the things that we did, while staying there. It is located on the river, with chairs and a glider to sit in and enjoy your morning coffee. We were visited by both deer and raccoons while there."

"Great pet friendly unit, walking distance to the springs, hiking, and restaurants. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. Check out the paint shop right around the corner. My kids loved painting with watercolor on a warm afternoon."

"This home is absolutely terrific for a trip to Pagosa. Walking distance to town and beautiful Mountain View’s. It is clean, well stocked and the host was a great communicator. One thing to note is if you bring a pet there isn’t a fenced yard. Expect to walk on a leash. Still worth it for the location and a beautiful clean home."
