"This was a beautiful property, the only problem is no air conditioning and it's been extremely hot. This property also cameup when i filtered lakefront. Its accross the street from the lake and up a hill and the lake is not useable by anyone accept those who live surrounding the lake. The location is amazing though, your near so much fun stuff to see and do."

"My family and I had a great visit In Pagossa Springs! Easy check in and host was easy to communicate with. It was so nice being right by the lake. We could put our paddle boards in right off the back porch. Only complaint was no AC but we purchased box fans and put in the windows and it was great for sleeping. Over all this was a great location, clean, well stocked house."

"Fiesta cabin was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch while enjoying the weather. The bedroom was a little warm at night with the comforter, but we managed by throwing it down and using just the sheet. Our hostess Maddie communicated with us and said she was available, if needed. Access to the cabin was easy( check-in and checkout instructions were clear. The cabin was in a good location for us to access Piedra Road to paddle at Williams Reservoir and we were close to amenities in town."
