"My family and I had a great visit In Pagossa Springs! Easy check in and host was easy to communicate with. It was so nice being right by the lake. We could put our paddle boards in right off the back porch. Only complaint was no AC but we purchased box fans and put in the windows and it was great for sleeping. Over all this was a great location, clean, well stocked house."

"Surrounded by private properties and private access to Lake except for a couple of areas. Back deck was in need of maintenance because a couple of boards were sticking up but we screwed them down ourselves to avoid tripping but other then that the property was great. We had a great time and would consider renting again."

"Fiesta cabin was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch while enjoying the weather. The bedroom was a little warm at night with the comforter, but we managed by throwing it down and using just the sheet. Our hostess Maddie communicated with us and said she was available, if needed. Access to the cabin was easy( check-in and checkout instructions were clear. The cabin was in a good location for us to access Piedra Road to paddle at Williams Reservoir and we were close to amenities in town."

"We enjoyed our weeklong stay at the Lake Pagosa house. After a day of exploring the countryside and towns we would gather around to have dinner on the patio overlooking the lake while watching deer roam around the neighborhood homes and shoreline. Very peaceful place to relax. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is efficient. Our kids enjoyed kayaking and paddle boards that we brought with us. Such a great family vacation spot we will most definitely return."
