"We had a great stay. The jacuzzi upgrade was worth it. I regret the room service the last night. They were an hour half late and said they would bring my fish and chips and they threw them in a microwave and sent them to me. It was mushy and nasty. That is the only regret. That was Alice restaurant. I wanted my $45 back after what they brought me. But the hotel and Casino was super nice and the bed was comfortable. Huge room. "

"The room is a little tired, but everything was clean. Having chargers for EVs was a nice touch, but the parking lot is really tight if you have a minivan or pick-up. Most of the rooms on are on the second floor, and there's no elevator. The worst thing is the check-in. There was no attendant. Everything was done via an off-shore call center, and the connection was wonky.
