"This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back! "

"We get that this is a houseboat and the idea of it was fun, but this place needs a full clean down….lots of mold around the windows and on the deck, had a very musty odor! "

"We loved this resort! The pirates did magic and balloon animals, and mermaid Misty made an appearance. All of this was a hit with our children. We enjoyed the drinks and the location of the beach. The breakfast was fantastic. Perfect family vacation spot! "

"We were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk, who took care of us quickly and efficiently. At first, the clerk was not aware that I had reserved two rooms, but then is became apparent that the rooms were under two different confirmation numbers. Not sure if that was an Expedia problem or if I did something wrong with the reservation. I'll just remember for the next trip. Otherwise, a super experience."

"Great beach side location! We encountered a storm on Saturday morning which resulted in flooded areas around the property—including the lobby. The staff was incredible in offering alternative seating for breakfast and comped the meal. They were super helpful in making certain hotel guest were comfortable, and needs were met in an unforeseen circumstance—I would definitely stay again. Kuddos to Ectera at the front desk and the bartender—David??"
