"The room was clean, although a little dated. Water temp in the shower was inconsistent - at times perfectly heated, other times, lukewarm. The view of the Gulf was perfect. The pool was nice, but it took awhile to get towels restocked - we requested and were told they were in the dryer. It was about 1.5 wait to get them. The hotel is not really close to dining, but the pool bar/grill was a great amenity. We walked about one mile to get to the Boardwalk which had a lot of dining options. We used Uber/Lyft to get around and had no problems. The breakfast restaurant was nice and sandwiches/donuts were good. Would like some healthy options (oatmeal/fruit). "

"Hotel smelled good, clean rooms and common areas. Staff was very friendly. Excellent location. Most comfortable bed and pillows I have had at a hotel in a LONG time, and I travel several times a month."

"Parking lot was difficult to navigate into and out of at night due to lack of appropriate lighting. The refrigerator was rusty and had mold on the inside of the door. The room smelled like mildew. We had reserved two nights, but after one night, we checked out and went to a different hotel."

"Clean rooms, comfortable beds with nice sheets. Modern decor. Away from the hustle of Destin but easy access to all stores and restaurants that we enjoyed. Breakfast was a nice bonus."

"Parking was on the street. It did not feel secure. The area is industrial and it was very dark. The is one actual parking place that is the handicapped spot. The listing says free self parking, which is technically not a lie, but it is VERY deceiving. Im from the area and i would not have picked this place if I knew the parking situation. Parking is almost NEVER an issue and I was very disappointed. "

"What I loved most were the pillows and the cleanliness. The breakfast could use a bit more variety—bacon was missing. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Oh, and you really need to install a detergent dispenser so guests can purchase detergent in the laundry room! The staff was excellent!! Just a few minor suggestions—nothing major—and a reminder for guests not to smoke, because the smoke from what they’re smoking drifts right into the room!"
