"We had an excellent ocean view from our room balcony. It would have been nice to have the salt cleaned from the windows. The remainder of the hotel is vet well kept. I only wish that there was a restaurant in the hotel and not just a coffee bar. The staff were excellent to deal with and cordial. "

"They were unable to find my reservation and were not friendly or helpful in anyway. I had all documentation and emails of confirmation and reservations numbers and still no help. It was a nightmare and took over an hour and a half of me complaining and arguing in order to get it all settled. Gabrlel was useless at the front desk "

"Best location in San Juan. Updated rooms, great views, pools & beach. The Hilton Plaza across the street is included in resort fee and the combination of the two makes for an amazing stay. Historic Old San Juan is walkable. Highly recommend."

"We booked an ocean view balcony premiere room but was placed in a garden view room because we arrived a day late due to flight delays/weather, then we had no hot water for showering until we were placed in the original room we booked a day later, they did give us credit for good and beverages and a night free but are still waiting for the refund…. The property is spectacular and staff polite. "

"No beach view. We found the place under construction. We asked for a bottle of water or even a glass of water. Nothing available. What kind of establishment can not offer their clients even a glass of water. They instead offered us two small bottles of juice and charged us over $8.00 US. Never again. We asked for partial payment of $285. Canadian to be reimbursed, did not happen."

"It was so beautiful an refreshing to wake up there every morning to the beautiful view! the only thing I had a problem with was the shower I like to take hot hot showers n the water wasn’t getting hot enough at all but I dnt think that’s a room problem I think it’s a building problem! The host are very quick to answer your questions or concerns very nice building.. I’ll definitely stay here in the future again loved it!! "

"We had a great stay at the Hyatt House. Everything was clean, modern, and wonderful: the lobby area, bar/restaurant, our room, and patio area, more specifically. Staff at check-in and breakfast were friendly and helpful. My husband liked the work out room. We appreciated and used the complimentary shuttle. Our large room with a kitchen, living area, and separate bedroom was beautiful and spotless. Lastly, the price was amazing. I highly recommend the Hyatt House. "
