The Condado Plaza Hotel

"The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room view was excellent. The room was not cleaned properly , the couch inside the room needed to be cleaned. The bed slept comfortably. There is no microwave inside the room. Elvin in house keeping did a great job cleaning our room. The tv did not have enough channels. My husband loves to watch TV when I mention it to the Front Desk she replied saying the internet doesn’t work. The next day I mentioned the same thing front desk said they would send a technician to fix it, no one never came to fix the tv. Overall I enjoyed my stay in the beautiful city."

"The property was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip: restaurants and grocery store close by and easy to get to Old San Juan, TMobile District central San Juan and La Placita. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very accommodating by allowing us to check in early for a small fee; very much appreciated after a red eye flight. There were a few minor issues. While I can't necessarily fault the property management for these, it was a minor irritation that the DirecTV never worked and the internet stopped working after the second day. We had to use my hot spot for the rest of our trip. I can't really call the gym a gym; it was just a small room with exercise equipment so if that's important to you then this would not be a good fit. The pool area was just OK and the jacuzzi jets were not working, but not a major deal as we were out and about most of the time. Despite a few minor issues, it was a good experience overall."
