"Location and room size."

"Hotel overall was nice, a bit outdated in some ways. Rooms are bigger than expected for NYC, which is a plus. The elevator situation is a nightmare - with limited space, and only about 2 elevators per certain floor numbers; when you do get one, oftentimes it’s full and you’re left waiting awhile for one that can take you down to the lobby. Hotel is in a safe area & overall the lobby area is maintained. Nice place, but you can definitely find better for similar or a bit more money."

"I was expecting a luxury type of hotel and got at max a 4 star hotel. The room was very dark and housekeeping service was deficient. The ladies at the call center were very nice qnd tried to do an excellent job, however there is a detachment between them and the rest of the hotel. In summary an ok hotel and don’t expect much more. Location is extraordinary and we took advantage of that. Central park. Shops and restaurants around are the best. With that location management must make the best...

"The room had a strong musty, mop-like smell throughout our stay, which made it very uncomfortable. In addition, the air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted, so the room was either too warm or too cold. Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected our stay."

"AC worked very well. The room and bathroom were clean. TV had many stations. There were not any dressers in the room for clothes and the room safe was not working."

"Well located near central park. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Ne aware the sorrounding area does not have many options for late dining"

"Hotel is nice. Restaurant is convenient. Staff were helpful in some regards but not others. Housekeeping was terrible and did not clean the room. They did bare minimum of changing out the towels but did not remove used coffee cups or replace new coffee essentials, or mini bar items. Rooftop bar was negligent in keeping us informed of our table. Waited four hours for a table for a bridal party. Great ambiance but the staff are indifferent to guests."
