"We have stayed here a few times now, we love this place anytime we come to Loveland and stay. Cozy place, our room had a stove and dishes to use. There are grills available too. The sound of Big Thompson River is so peaceful."

"This Residency Inn was under construction..remodeling. So no pool and the breakfast was sub-par. The outside need cleaning up..kind of dirty. Room was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty sure when they are back to normal it will be back to 5 star"
