"We were not informed until the day before that the property was being remodeled. there was no pool available. We were told there would be breakfast - fruit, granola bars, coffee was all that was provided because, no kitchen. I had to go to the lobby to get hot water to make my tea...there was no chair in our room - they were "on order" which did not help us. The toilet clogged twice - fixed quickly, fortunately. But we were offered the use of the lobby facilities while waiting. The staff had few solutions for anything - they did offer excuses. "

"We come to Fort Collins often and after our first stay here, we will be back! The room was clean and comfortable, very spacious which is nice for our little one to play. The breakfast bar was great with several options. The hot tub and sauna were a plus!"

"The workout room was cute it looked like it was the beginning of something that may be better in the future. Kind of small and put together in what looked like a break room of some sort. Breakfast was really good. "

"It was a very bad experience. When my girlfriend and I checked into our jacuzzi room we were excited to use the jacuzzi. We did get in pretty late about 9pm but figured we'd have plenty of time to relax before going to bed, we were wrong. After filling up the jacuzzi tub we tried the jets over and over with no luck. I went down to tell staff at the front desk because he wasn't answering my phone calls. He was on the phone with someone sounded like his girlfriend. He stated that the room shouldn't have been booked as the problem was reported the prior night for maintenance. I said well what the heck I want a discount then. He then stated no discount as he can get me into another similar room. I stated I would deal with the discount issue in the morning. Well after packing our things and heading to the new room. We find out the room keys would not work. So again I go down the front desk. He re programs the keys and says they should work no I try and no luck again! I go back down and he follows me and tries, no luck. He then goes gets the master and that works so he proceeds to mess with the room whole we wait. He comes back and says ok I've moved you to a different room again that the key does work. We fill up the tub to the new room and the knob is missing for the jets. So then we have to move again it's about 230am at this point. We finally got to use the jacuzzi in the new new new room. Moved 3 times! Called corporate in the morning said they would investigate has beenaweek."

"Amazing studio room! Awesome location within walking distance to CSU and shops/restaurants. The unit had everything a person could want. Extremely clean! The personal parking spot was very valuable too. Hosts are local and very responsive."

"Super clean unit, comfortable beds, great location. Had an issue entering (not owner or management’s fault), last person in the unit did not return key fab to exterior door. I called management, who was excellent, and in the meantime a resident let us in. Management stayed on the phone to make sure we were able to enter unit and once there, no issues. Excellent customer service!"
