"Parking doesn’t feel safe. I booked 3 room for non smoking! When I went into the room and inspected first before moving in my stuff, the room straight up smell like smoke and triggered my asthma. I went to the receptionist to request room change since we are unable to stay in smoking room due to our health history. The receptionist stated that they are fully booked and was unable to accommodate, but there were still people coming in to the hotel to check in."
