"My family and I checked in @4pm. We were met by Mama T who gave us the 5 cent tour. The house was beautiful and clean and ready for us. Minutes from downtown and the beach, it sits in a prime location. We look forward to returning to Hawaii and hopefully staying here again. Highly recommend 👌"

"My family had an amazing vacation and loved staying in this condo. The owners were always responsive to my requests before arriving. Once our stay started, we didn’t need help, but our contact person was always seen walking around the property. Location is perfect. The lagoon is beautiful and much more quiet than the others. It is an easy walk to Monkeypod and ABC store. My teens loved this condo and hope to return!"

"Beach Villas at Ko Olina is a beautiful resort set right on the ocean away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. A pathway connects 3 other resorts that run along the coastline and is beautiful peaceful early morning walk. The resort has two pools, including a lap pool, and is well maintained. We would most definitely stay here again."

"B1001 was outstanding! The view is amazing with the ocean and mountains. Sunset is stunning and worth taking pictures. I’ve stayed at 8 different villas and enjoy this beach village. I’m from Oahu now living in the Midwest and it’s perfect for family to come and visit. The lagoons are clear and safe for children. Well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend B1001. "We couldn't ask for better accommodations. We had a fantastic Lanai overlooking the ocean. The three bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room provided ample space for cooking eating and just hanging out. Having the laundry and 2 zone AC was a plus. Our host Renu always promptly replied when we had any questions or concerns and always made us feel right at home. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. Thank you Renu. "My family stayed at Khoi's beautiful condo for a week, which was the perfect "home" for us. Our children range in age from 2 - 12, and this villa was so comfortable, clean, roomy, and well-situated. The grounds are peaceful with two swimming pools, hot tubs, lush tropical landscaping and coy ponds. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. "The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The southwest corner of the building is under renovation/repair as of May 2024. The driveway was more narrow due to the presence of scaffolding but no other significant impact or inconvenience was caused by the construction. Excellent swimming pool, bar, and restaurant on location. Easy walk to Waikiki beach, shopping, and other dining options. I parked my rental car along Ala Wai Blvd to avoid paying $45 a night to valet park. However, parking is limited along Ala Wai Blvd so it can be frustrating and less convenient. You might end up finding a spot several blocks away and have to walk back to the hotel. Overall, the amenities were nice and I would stay here again."
