My parents and husband and I stayed here it was perfect amount of space and the view is perfect from the patio we sat on patio everyday to see the ocean views :) I would definitely stay here again next time we come back to ko olina :)

The VRBO listing was very accurate. This unit was completely stocked with everything you could need. Ko’Olina Beach Villas are located on the Leeward coast of Oahu. It’s quiet, uncrowded beaches, but close to stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and people were patient. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

This is our 4th time staying at the Beach Villas and this is the best unit we have stayed in! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, Tupperware, salt/pepper/evoo and the beach gear (towels, chairs, toys, wagon) is in great shape. This was our first time staying in the beach tower and the only thing we had to get used to was the noise from the main pool. It really wasn’t bad (didn’t keep us up) but you can hear other guests enjoying the amenities until 9pm when the pool closes. The other thing is that the second bedroom does not have shutters on the window so it doesn’t get dark during the day (potential concern if you still have babies who nap). Overall, great place, would stay here again!

We just returned from a weeklong stay with our 3 kids and cannot say enough amazing things about this property and the entire resort! It truly felt like a home away from home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids especially loved all the beach toys! The location is perfect, with beautiful views and it added to our enjoyment that we could keep an eye on our older kids at the pool from the lanai so they could have fun with friends while we have our toddler a break. The pictures don’t do it justice and we hope to return next year!

This is the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! The condo was beautiful and very clean! Had everything we needed. The resort is paradise. I’ve never seen a cleaner place with the nicest people ever! I will definitely be coming back!!

This property was just as it was represented. If you want the amenities of a major resort with much fewer people, this is it. We had a wonderful time and would gladly go back. Property managers and property staff were helpful and available through the check in and check out process. The views, pools, and beach were all great. Great value and very pleased with our stay.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The vibe is low key and quiet but activities are close by and accessible. The units are amazing, especially the large sliders opening to lanai. Kitchens are tastefully appointed with top of the line appliances. The pools are great and staff is pleasant, not overbearing. Definitely would stay again, and recommend to others.

Staff came to our room and showed us how to operate the thermostat, microwave, stovetop, and other things after checking in. It was great that the apartment had items in the closet for the beach. We used chairs, snorkeling equipment, and other items. Our teenage children had a great time.

This property was perfect for 2 couples. Very clean, comfortable, and the balcony is perfectly situated for a nice view of the pool and ocean and for shade in the afternoon. The dryer is small and dries slowly, so don’t count on much there. Otherwise, the kitchen, appliances, and beach/ pool supplies were way beyond expectations. Excellent stay. We will try to rent this unit again on our next visit.

The location of this unit is great! Loved the proximity to the lagoons and short walk/drive to nearby restaurants and shops. Town of Kapolei 10 min away by car so very convenient for groceries and other amenities. The unit was well stocked with beach toys/cart/floaties and spices/seasonings in the kitchen. Spacious kitchen/living area and nice layout with 2 large ensuites. Comfortable beds and good size bathrooms My only suggestions would be that the cleaning could be a little more attentive as the tables/tv stand were a bit caked in dust as if they hadnt been well cleaned in a while. The pans in the kitchen were in very poor condition with teflon flaking off, so are due for replacement to maintain food safety. Also the cooking utensils were melted at the tips, also due for replacement. Overall a great stay. Would definately come back! Thank you!

This is our third time staying at Beach Villas during past year (each time a different villa). BT 405 had great view of family pool and ocean. Unit just had very small tubes of shampoo, conditioner, body wash; definitely need a lot more for 9 days. The Ottomon in living room was worn and ratty. The tv in second bedroom didn’t work and one of the lights in kitchen was in need of replacement (on the fritz). We were not able to check in until 4 pm. We were always able to check in earlier and my son was able to check in earlier to his unit. There was noone in our room the night before so there’s no reason we had to wait until 4 pm.
