Luxury Penthouse at Beach Villas at Ko Olina

This penthouse villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and is located on the top/4th floor in the Ocean Tower (O426). The villa has an unobstructed full front ocean view and the private lanai overlooks the peaceful and tranquil koi pond area of the resort. Open the large glass lanai sliding doors to bring the Hawaiian tropical elements into the villa. The large lanai offers a place to enjoy the sunsets and soak in the warm Hawaiian air. The villa is decorated in the traditional Hawaiian style with comfortable and luxurious furniture. The gourmet kitchen, designed by Roy Yamaguchi, has stainless steel appliances from Subzero and Wolfe. The open floor plan offers a great environment to enjoy a meal together and relax the Hawaiian way.

We have stayed here multiple times and love it. Place is a perfect size and the view is outstanding! Love the new lanai furniture. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is when we arrived the kitchen only had 3 wine glasses and 1 plastic glass for taking to pool. We ended up purchasing additional wine glasses and plastic glasses so we had enough for the group. We left them in the unit for future groups.

Best villa location on the property. Very private and quiet with a panoramic view of the ocean and pool/bar area. A beautiful koi pond is right below our lanai. Our family of 3 generations loved the villa layout. Lots of privacy.

We used the balcony every day...the privacy was nice and the views of the beach were excellent.The proximity to restaurants and shopping are convenient too.Minor issue was with the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived...looked like hand prints on the sliding doors and the tile floors hadn't been swept well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a beautiful view, relax, and enjoy quality family time. Our grandchildren were delighted with the pool and the lagoon. This property is in the ideal location! Truly a short walk to a beautiful manicured beach. The condo was exactly as described with the extras like beach chairs. The Property Owners were extremely responsive and very cordial. The condo offers breathtaking sunsets and parking is very close. I would definitely welcome the opportunity to revisit this gorgeous condo!

Unfortunately we did not arrive until after dark so we could not see the magnificent view from the balcony until the next morning. I really liked the authentic art work in the suite. We had plenty of room for 6 people (4 teenagers) and having three full bathrooms made it easy to get ready to start our day. The suite was incredibly clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was breath taking especially at sunset. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

This property is dandwiched between the disney resort and a marriot resort. I prefer this one. The other resorts were more crowded. This particular property was on the 4th floor with a beautiful ocean view. It was quiet. We had use of beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, annd more. We would stay there again.

This unit is great! We had two families stay in this unit and it was perfect. The huge patio was so great and has great views of the ocean. It’s also a quiet part of the resort! Highly recommend.

We stayed at the top floor 3 bedroom condo in the Ocean tower . Beautiful view of the ocean and landscaped gardens , ponds and pools .The large balcony provided enough room for all 8 of us to sit comfortably .Very nice kitchen and dining area . A nice bonus were the beach chairs , boogie boards and sand toys .😊

The condo was as listed and accommodated our seven family members with room to spare. The lanai was our favorite hangout spot for morning coffee and in the evenings a perfect sunset for the close of day. We enjoyed the bar a couple of times between the pools & beach. The front desk was very helpful when we arrived and the owner was easily accessible. I highly recommend this condo due to its location, parking and cordial owner.
