About a 12 minute drive to Goodwood Circuit so ideal base for us for the festival of speed.

"Lovely pub and hotel. We walked here from the train station and didn't realise it would take that long. It took about 20/25 minutes to get to the city centre from the hotel. The rooms are lovely and the shower was great. The room sies get hot at night but there was a fan in the room. I would stay again but would cab it to and from."

"Our stay was for our daughters wedding, there were four us over four nights and on addition a makeup, hair stylist and chauffeur on the day of the wedding with an abundance of personal private space for parking as well as internally. The barn has original weathered oak beams with mod all the mod cons. The place is hugely spacious. A luxury stay."

"Property was very clean. It had everything you could need for a short stay.
Bed was comfortable with lots of storage if needed.
The bathroom was lovely - shower easy to operate.
