"Excellent service. The AC in our room was suboptimal and Caitlin was able to provide us with an excellent room which was significantly better overall than the first room. That alone makes us want to come back! Unfortunately, the warm breakfast amenities were out of stock at the time we were there, but we were told more was being prepared. We wanted to get our return trip home started early so we left without breakfast. I suspect it was just a fluke coincidence given the other outstanding services provided."
