Stayed Sunday night in late September. Hotel was very clean, odor free, and quiet. Staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Breakfast was standard fare with both cold and hot selections. Highly recommend and would stay there again if in area. Outdoor pool was not clean (water was clear, but quite a bit of leaf debris). I suspect they were in process of closing it down being so late in season. We had no plans to swim (and didn't), but viewed it outside our window. Laundry room was clean and functional. Arbys/ McDonalds within walking distance (less than quarter mile), but not much else. Only negative is it is a 2 story with no elevator, so be sure to request ground floor if any health issues.

The lady serving the excellent breakfast did a great job, was so friendly, and was sweet with our children. This hotel is a great value and puts you close to the awesome Deep Creek area of the National Park! We certainly hope to come back again.

For the price, this was a nice stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and there is plenty of lighted parking. If I go up to the Cherokee area again, I wouldn't hesitate to book another stays at Sleep Inn in Bryson City.

Very convenient and budget friendly hotel for visiting Bryson City area. Desk clerk very accommodating to motorcycle riders, directed us to parking where bike would be visible from room, which is important!! Hot breakfast was good. We are local travelers and will be back soon.
