"5/5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay at the Marriott Philadelphia! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Marriott in Philadelphia! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, the amenities were top-notch, and the city views were stunning. Every detail, from the luxurious linens to the perfectly stocked toiletries, was thoughtfully prepared. The hotel’s location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore historic landmarks, great restaurants, and local attractions. Plus, the on-site dining was a highlight; the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What stood out most was the atmosphere — it felt like true hospitality. There was a slight mishap with the room this time, but I want to recognize Cat for her outstanding assistance and customer-focused service. Her attention and care truly made a difference."

"The overall experience was first class. Starting with the man, who took our suitcases, was so friendly, so welcoming and informative. The bar that night was short of staff, even though, the barman, was able to serve each customer with kindness, courtesy, efficiency and a smile. Kudos for him. Elizabeth, from the front desk, was kind, helpful and informative as well. All that, besides the location, the food and the beautiful hotel. "
