This is another great home at Kensington Place in Foley, AL! We are ready to host your entire family for your vacation getaway! This perfect home is centrally located with easy access to the gorgeous Gulf Shores Beaches (7 miles), OWA Theme Park and Tropic Falls Indoor/Outdoor Water Park, with a great shopping, dining district and sports field (3 miles), Gulf Shores Sports Complex (3 miles), and only 3.5 miles away from the Tanger Shopping Outlet.

With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, bring the entire crew, or even the team! The Primary Bedroom includes a King Size Bed, Smart TV, and a private Full Bathroom. Which includes a separate Shower and Garden Tub and a large walk-in closet. Guest Bedroom #1 & #2 provide a Queen Size Bed and Smart TV's. Bedroom #3 is great for the kiddos or team with 2 Twin Over Twin Bunk Beds, an extra pull-out Twin, and a Smart TV. The Guest Bath is just off the hall from the Guest Bedrooms and provides a Shower/ Tub Combo. Need more sleeping arrangements? Ask us about "Bon Secour Bungalow's" sister homes. "Coastal Harmony" is right next Door! Or we have 2 more homes just one street over, "Bama Breeze" & "Coastal Bliss". The spacious Great Room will seat everyone while watching the game on the large Smart TV. Keep the conversations going while cooking a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Take the crew out back on the porch for comfy seating, a private fenced yard, and provided charcoal grill. Create your vacation memories here, and you will be back year after year!

**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys that they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. These items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at many local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up beach chairs and umbrellas at most beach access points for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one, and an attendant will be with you shortly.

**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions of what to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**TVs are streaming only. No cable or Satellite. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts. **

Mini Family Vacay

Our time spent in the house was great! The property is beautiful and spacious. The neighbor is quiet and peaceful, not far from all the attractions. My only negative thing to say is that the Wi-Fi was out the whole length of our stay, so we had to use up our hotspots to watch tv.

Nice Home and Nice Neighborhood

Our stay was nice. Beautiful home. The only small things that took away from a 5 star accuracy rating was not enough towels for each person (should have been 1 set per person but we bought more), no extra pull out bed in bunk bed room like we were told, no game room in garage. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. I love the wood floors. My overall experience rating is a 5.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have relocated from Foley to Daphne, AL. Our house is still being constructed and yesterday, we did our initial walk-through. We are hoping to relocate sometime around the 28th or 29th, of March, depending on how soon they finish and we complete the purchase. Having said that, this house is wonderful, in a great neighborhood, and was perfect for our needs. I would have absolutely no problem recommending this place to anyone.
