"so happy we chose this property. the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially at the Front Desk. Our room was clean and available for early check in - a huge value for us. even though the hotel was very busy, we did not hear a lot of noise from outside, in the halls and from other rooms. will absolutely choose this hotel again. thank you!"

"First off let me say I was really excited about staying here but that quickly turned sour as this place was not what I expected the room was not what the pictures looked like online and on top of that the manager (Len. A) was a complete rude individual that never returned my call until I checked out a little late and finally decided to call and show up to the room and tell me that he was going to charge me an extra $100 after the front desk employee told me first if I stay until 10:30 am I would me fine I will never stay here again."

"It was all good until it was time to go to bed. Our room was rather cold when we arrived so we turned the ac to 74 and left to go eat dinner. When we got back it was about 65°. Then I turned it to 78°. And made sure it was on heat and not cool. As we were shivering in bed attempting to try to sleep, our room was a humble 54°. I kid you not. Am I just stupid and can’t work a hotel room a/c. I doubt it but man did I feel like it. I what a brutal way to sleep while having a small cold to begin with. Other than that no complaints. Did not expect to end up in a blizzard while trying to sleep."

Housekeeping services the room every other day, which appears to be standard for hotels at this level. That said, the room would greatly benefit from additional towel hooks—particularly in accommodations designed for up to four guests, "
