The unit was clean and spacious. I wish we knew it was on the 5th floor, it was difficult to carry suitcases up 5 flights of stairs.

Ok, 1st is that the property is well located. However, it is very very noisy ,,,,even in the late hours. There are people yelling and screaming all thru the night!! Until 2 and 3, 4 in the morning! The toilet does not work properly,, we complained about this . They got it it flush ,,,but it randomly flushes and makes noises ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! The place was dirty!!!! the floors,,HORRIBLE!!! even the kitchen seat cushions were not even cleaned!!!! I COULD NOT ENEN SIT ON THEM!! such an embarrassment because I was with my friend there for the first time for her! I also pulled out the extra pillows / blankets from the closet.... the 1t pillow smelled like Urine!!! it was terrible...just terrible! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. AND if you want,,, I have video
