Aurora Apartment is located in the heart of Florence, within the pedestrian zone, just a few steps from everything: the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and Santa Croce.

On the second floor of a historic 15th-century building, the apartment features one double bedroom with air conditioning and a brand-new bathroom (renovated in 2025) with direct access, as well as an open-space living room with a kitchen wall.

Large windows and Renaissance decorative details, such as wooden coffered ceilings and stone portals, add charm to the space.

Close to restaurants and traditional trattorias, pastry shops, minimarkets, and luggage storage facilities.
Taxi access nearby.
Paid parking garage just a short walk away.

What an absolutely magical place to stay in Florence! This beautiful apartment is inside a mid-Italian Renaissance era building and they have beautifully maintained many of the architectural elements. The building feels very safe and the apartment is very spacious and clean and quiet, with hey beautiful balance between historical features and modern day comforts. It is located perfectly, with a less than 5 minute walk to the Ufizi gallery and within 20 minutes walk to nearly everything you would want to see in Central Florence. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative, and provided many excellent recommendations for food and sightseeing. 100 out of 10! We will absolutely recommend this to anyone going to florence, and hope to stay here again someday!

This apt could not be in a better location. It is right in the middle of the action and top attractions of the area, yet it was very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay at the property and in Florence.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aurora's Suite. It's a fabulous location in the heart of Florence and walkable to everything. The unit is as-described: clean, comfortable (especially the bed), with ample space for our stay.Our host Christina was also very helpful and responsive whever we had questions or needed help. When we come back to Florence we know where we'll stay again.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights while in Florence. The location was great. Very close to the Basilica and the wonderful museums. Also close to the shops and eateries. The apartment was perfect for the two of us.

We recently stayed at the Aurora apartment for a week and loved the entire experience. Three items stand out - location, the historic building and the host. The location is right in the middle of the District 1 historic area. Very convenient to all the best sights. And close enough that we were able to walk back and forth during the day. We would tour all day and return back for a rest before dinner. Second is the historic building. As the description states, this is an old building with unique architectural details which has been updated to today’s living. The apartment has very comfortable spaces to relax or cook. And the air conditioning worked well for several hot days! Finally, the host was very quick and responsive with communication. Any questions were answered promptly. The check-in process is completely self check-in and they provided all the information needed to access the building and the apartment. Overall, I would recommend this apartment. It is truly a unique space. If you want a cookie cutter room with free breakfast, go stay at a hotel. This place is special.

Once inside the building, we were an initially confused as to which apartment it was, but once we found it, we were thrilled with what was inside! The apartment is adorable, bed was comfortable, and shower was great! This location is the BEST! Super close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and had all the amenities. Very clean. Comfortable bed and good shower. The worst thing is that it took us about an hour to get in and the process was cumbersome. The hosts texted back later but were not readily available to help.There is an unpleasant odor in the building. The info in the apartment explained that there is nothing that can be done about that as it's a very old building with old sewers. Once we turned on the air conditioner, the odor was better.

This place was exactly what we hoped for! Very centrally located (you could not ask for a better location!), authentic Florence living experience (the other apartments were occupied by people who live there not tourists), and comfortable for the two of us. Communication with the host was easy and supportive. If you are looking for a simple, convenient, and comfortable apartment--we highly recommend this one!

Charming Apartment

The property was clean and charming. All the amenities we needed for a 5 night stay. Quiet retreat at the end of the day. Great central location. We had a few questions the first day that were answered very quickly. Highly recommend.

Florence Retreat

We had a great experience staying at the apartment. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere including to and from the train station with our luggage. Check in was easy and the place had so much charm. Very quiet and a great retreat to come back to after a long day seeing the sights. Would stay again
