The entrance to the apartment is independent so you can also use the stairwell to accommodate strollers or bicycles. Once inside the apartment we find ourselves in a large foyer which leads to the beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa (which can become a double bed), armchairs and a beautiful dining table.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

From the living room, you can reach the first double bedroom, very spacious with a desk , wardrobe and a small sitting area. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

From the foyer you also reach the second double bedroom (with separable beds), also very spacious, and the second bathroom with shower.

The apartment is in an excellent location, with a comfortable lounge and all the rooms are very spacious and airy.
