"This has to rank as one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at (including holidays abroad). The room was incredible, it was one of the luxury suites. Every little thing had been thought of to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Staff were very helpful and polite. They really added to the experience. As for the leisure facilities the pool has to be the best I’ve seen for a hotel spa. Add to that a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna what more could you want. We’ll be looking for any excuse at all to return. "

"Lovely property .. great location in heart of Rye. We stayed in a cosy room .. it was fab, beautiful decor and great facilities. Great breakfast nice bar. Staff were great but in particular a great duo on reception ( didn’t get names) but a blonde lady so accommodating allowing us to leave bags before checking in, so we could explore Rye and an Australian male that impressed us in returning a missed phone call before arriving and ensuring we had a pleasant stay.
