"I arrived around 11am from Beijing. Understandably my room was not ready yet but they have self service laundry facilities so I asked if I could use them while I wait for my room. They were happy to give me a key for access. After doing my laundry, I asked about check in again and they were able to let me in my room a bit early!!! It was so nice to shower and get ready before Tianmen Mountain (which could not be closer to the property.) Super clean, modern room. Would stay here again if I was...

"This hotel is a true gem, run by a wife and husband duo who will go out of their way to ensure a great time in Zhangjiajie. The room was clean and well appointed, breakfast was cooked to order, and help was provided with booking and planning activities. We even got a free ride to the train station when it was time to leave. Thank you for a perfect stay!"

"The hotel is clean and so as the room. The staff specially crystal helped us a lot and send us airport transfer when we came. She’s very accommodating and nice she deserve a pay rise. The hotel is near the tianmen bus ride just around the corner. There’s also lots of restaurants near the area. Only 10 mins. Away to the airport. The breakfast has lots of choices and nice noodles."
