"The air conditioner broke in our room, and maintenance took over two hours to get to us.To the point that we had to switch rooms.They should have maintenance or somebody be closer than two hours away. Put the girl at the front desk was very helpful.After we waited and waited and waited, she finally got us a room so we could sleep"

"Hotel was adequate, with good location to walk to 16th street area, Convention center, Coors Field. Valet parking price was insane…we parked in a garage across the street with in and out privileges for 3 nights for less than cost for one night at hotel. Rooms were decent, clean, desk staff pleasant. There was a bad odor entering the hotel. Rooftop bar sounded interesting, but wasn’t open first night and was closed for a private event the next night. We had breakfast at Apple Blossom one morning— staff were super friendly and food was good. Overall, hotel was fine but underwhelming."

"I wished I could've given more stars but when I first stepped in from a very long trip I was not even acknowledged. I had to assume the guy with the white callored shirt was available. He did not give me any further details about the hotel I had to guess my way around. I reserved a room with breakfast, I was not given the breakfast waivers at check in and almost paid extra for breakfast.Was not told about the pool being closed for our entire stay. Once I checked in and brought in my family and luggages, again, no acknowledgement, not even a look up from both staff members behind the counter this time. I guess it's normal not to greet or welcome guests here because at breakfast the hostess also did not look or say a word until I said good morning twice. Other than the no info and no acknowledgements, breakfast buffet was good, the bed was comfortable and the hotel it's self is very pretty. Carpets, however, were dirty at least in my room and the bathroom tub very slippery could really hurt someone."

"We spent two days in Denver and wanted a hotel close to Coors Field. We were very pleased to see that our room was high enough to overlook the stadium. We walked to and from the game! The hotel room was very comfortable during our stay, and we would recommend it for its location. The restaurant next to the motel makes it convenient to grab a good meal without ever leaving the location! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"This was an amazing staycation for us, staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well arranged, bed was the best! We stay in a lot of places due to a competitive dancer and never like the beds but this was the best sleep! Rooftop bar was amazing and the restaurant on site was phenomenal."
