"This hotel was par excellence in every way. There wasn’t a detail unchecked. Staff was helpful and courteous, the room and hotel interior was spotless. The person who made up our room daily was meticulous, even rolling up our electronics’ cords in neat little circles and placed by our beside. The hotel location was excellent as well for shopping, theatre and catching the Tube. Unfortunately we didn’t partake in the breakfast offering so no comment. We will definitely return to this hotel."
