The Breakfast Room Manager (apologises I do not know his name) was so efficient and service was impeccable with a genuine smile. After I had checked out of the hotel and arrived at Gatwick Airport 2 hours later I remembered I had not emptied the bedroom safe and I had left a pouch with valuable jewellery in the safe.
