"Decent enough hotel for sleeping whilst working away for 2 nights."

"Good underground free parking. Nice apartment. 2 comfy beds. Very clean. TVs in both bedrooms. Excellent for an overnight stay. Lots of takeaways to choose from nearby."

"This is a budget hotel with no reception staff, limited bar opening times and located on a busy main road with much traffic noise."

"Loved our overnight stay. This was a lovely tough of luxury from the hot tub and swimming pool to the complimentary mini bar. Would have liked to stay longer."

"Lovely setting with some great architecture. Friendly family run hotel but somewhat tired in places. Disappointed by the most bizarre room which had a full size stainless steel kitchen segregating a reasonably nice bedroom from the large but rather odd bathroom (which also housed the wardrobe). "Pleasant place to stay."

"Exceptional weekend here for a family wedding. From beginning to end every aspect was perfect. The meals were stunning and the staff could not do enough for us. Highly recommended as a wedding venue."

"Very convenient for parents who send their children to hull university. The room very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is okay."

The staff were really helpful and looked after our luggage for us. The bar was lively after the concert we attended and I believe there were parking options but we came on the train. It was such a handy location for anywhere around the centre of Hull. We would definitely book again as a fabulous base."

"Room was lovely and clean and plenty or space. Staff on reception very helpful and nice. Only small downside was it would be good to put in the description that the parking area is tight and it was a bit of a struggle parking a larger car"

"كل شي رائع "

"Fabulous rural location for a peaceful stay. Amazing breakfast Highly recommend "
