From the moment I checked in, to when I checked out the entire concierge team were welcoming, friendly and gave great tips on what to do and where to go. I was very surprised to have received a room upgrade - west facing, simply the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in and, a gorgeous bathroom with decent water pressure. If I had an extra day to my trip, I would have spent it in the hotel really taking advantage of the bar, lounge and restaurant. Or, just sleeping in - the bed was that comfortable. When I return to Bologna, I will only stay at Savhotel Aemilia."

"This was a nice place. Was traveling with a party of 3. Had a JR suite. The bedroom had a door which was nice. AC was good. The bathroom was also decent. The pullout bed was good for a pull bed. The breakfast had plenty of options. Pretty standard for European continental breakfast. High quality food and good drink options. I liked the location. Right next to the outdoor market. "

"we stayed here for a few days before our cruise leaving out if ravenna. this was our first time in italy and this hotel and its location is exactly how i pictured italy. it’s a boutique hotel, on a cobblestone street. the rooms are a decent size and the staff was very helpful from the time that i booked (answering email questions for me, booking & confirming our transfer to the cruise ahead of arrival). the location is great. there’s plenty of things to see and do within walking distance. i would recommend and would stay here again."
