"There was no hot water at 5:00am. I had to catch a bus at 6:30am. So wanted to take a shower. I had to manage with cold water. That's awful. And why would you charge 55$ per day for outdoor parking that is so far away from the hotel. The parking lot right next to the hotel charges just 20 per day. That is ridiculous and unethical. "

"The room was absolutely outstanding and beautiful a spot that you would go to have the time of your life! As beautiful as any cruise ship I’ve been on and that saying a lot for a regular room in a hotel room that faces the Niagara Falls. It made for a memorable romantic evening with my loved one."
