"Says it has breakfast. They do not. Jacuzzi is in bathroom not in the view of the fall"

"Staff were all super friendly. Parking onsite is $25 and $15 offsite. Breakfast had the staples, nice atmosphere. Room was very large, beds were comfortable, slight musty smell in the room. Hotel is located across the street from the Speedway so close to everything...5-10 minute walk to the Falls. I would definitely stay again. "

"Hot tub was great. Did not use laundry service. "

"The Location, was very good?! Easy walking to everything. However, The Room, had a few things? The Bathroom, needed some cosmetics, repair done? The Ceiling and The One Wall, in The Washroom? I never had a Room, that had a balcony, which connects to other Rooms, and a Motel Setting? Privacy was a little questionable. The Curtains, didn't close fully, leaving openings into The Room, for Anybody, to look-in, day or night? The Glass Door, was padlocked closed? Thankfully, there wasn't any sudden fire?! Otherwise, The Stay, was pretty good?!"

"No parking at this site they will arrange off site parking and have a guy that does that. It was a clean great shower"

"DO NOT stay at this hotel. They are housing long term residents and because of this there is a high presence of security guards. So many that I began questioning my own safety at this place. The fire alarm went off 3 times one evening because one of the residents were smoking inside. I frequently stay in Niagara Falls and I will never stay at this place again. If you are looking for a nice getaway, do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. "

"Pretty disappointed, we were told the water would be off for a bit which was fine we checked in early. Hours after check in the water still orange full of iron and chunks of sediment. The kids couldn’t even have a bath. We also asked for wine glasses to the room and discovered they charge for that. "
