"Absolute bliss is exactly right. Location is stunning. Peaceful but close enough to walk into Fira or catch the bus to anywhere on the island. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, they were all incredibly kind and helpful. They responded within minutes, when we reached out for anything. Hot tub was perfect, breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you 😊"

"The place was absolutely stunning, indeed felt like being in castle. It was close by to the main city center but those with mobility issues should be warned that it is very hilly. The whole staff went above and beyond, helped us switch rooms for a better view and was very helpful and kind. An example is the bellhop, Lucian. The pool was great, very clean with a great view. Additionally, there were a multitude of options to choose from at breakfast, with a great open seating space."

"We had a great stay here, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel. It had dead-on perfect sunset views right from our room / hot tub, and was a 30 minute walk to Fira or a 2-hour hike to Oia. Being in the middle allowed us to explore the island nicely. I was surprised by the fact that we had to turn on the hot water every time we wanted to use it and that we couldn't drink from the tap. Also, the AC could be better, but it was not terrible. We had a minor drain buildup in our bathroom the first night, but the front desk person helped us right away. However, it took two days to get new towels and our room was never properly cleaned (but that's more because our timing didn't align with housekeeping). Nice place, cute area away from the business of the main towns. I'd stay there again for sure!"

"We had an amazing stay and overall had a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and everything from the room to the service and overall atmosphere was exceptional. It was truly a memorable stay. The only area that could have been handled better was our arrival and check-in experience. We arrived around 11:00 AM after a long journey and were understandably quite jet-lagged and tired. We knew that official check-in was at 3:00 PM, so we completely understood that our room might not be ready right away. Thankfully, the room was ready around 1:00 PM, which we really appreciated. However, when we followed up a couple of times during those two hours, the receptionist at the front desk appeared irritated by our questions, which made us feel a little uncomfortable, particularly given how exhausted we were after travelling. That said, this was a relatively minor issue in what was otherwise an exceptional stay. Once we were settled in, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely recommend the property and would happily return in the future."

"Everything was exceptional from the time we checking in until we left. The staff helped us with our luggages , questions, and recommendations. Katie at the reception was sweet, very helpful and accommodating with all our needs. She helped us with last minute booking for catamaran trip and transport to the ferry. The property grounds were clean, modern, and relaxing . The views were breathtaking !! Breakfast and food at their restaurant La Moustache were delicious ! The pools and hot tub were beautiful too ! We highly recommend this place and loved every minute of our stay here ! Great job to the staff and owners for maintains such a wonderful place ! We can’t wait to come back !"
