"This hotel is more like a Premiere Inn with iPads to check in, a snack bar and clean but sparse rooms. You also cannot control your own aircon and are expected to ask a staff member to come into the room to adjust it. The aircon fan is very loud too.Staff are pleasant. Location convenient."

"We stayed here for a week in April and everything was exceptional. Friendly staff, our room was clean, comfortable and convenient, and the coffee cafe downstairs was super fun. We were a few minutes from London Bridge, and quick walk over the bridge to Borough Market. Very close to pubs, restaurants and transit. Loved that the area was quiet yet close rnough to wherever we needed to go."

"This was the 6th time we have stayed at this location. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at in London, the size of the rooms are very spacious. Be aware that this hotel only has showers, so if a bathtub is a "must have" this might not be the property for you. There are multiple places in the room to plug things in. The hotel provides a Nespresso machine instead of instant coffee that many of the other hotels provide and there is a small refrigerator. The location of this hotel is excellent...
