The accommodation is a very good standard with excellent gym, pool and spa facilities. The breakfast was also excellent. The coffee lounge was well used, and provided us with a lovely luncheon box on for our visit to the airport. "As an academic I have trouble giving more than 9/10 but this property is 12/10. Staff in all areas particularly reception were amazingly helpful well beyond any 5 star big city hotel. The hotel is a brilliant older building in excellent condition. In house fining brilliant - bfsst and dinner. Value is outstanding. Rooms are a little tight but what can one expect. "
