The casino was clean and had vending machines with soda and coffee for their guests in the gambling area. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again due to it’s close proximity to KC Royals stadium. "

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young lady named Adelita. Despite her young age, she had the excellent interpersonal skills of a mature lady. She immediately addressed all concerns that we had and brought everything to a more than satisfactory conclusion. What a rare and great asset she is to her company. On the second day we were in contact with Lori Anderson, she addressed our needs with genuine concern and compassion above and beyond what most people would do. Lori and Adelita are quite a professional team, and their company would be wise to retain this duo as long as it can. The next time we are in Kansas City-we will book this hotel again on account of the treatment we received from Lori and Adelita. We felt like we were right at home with a duo that had our best interests at heart. "
