I have horrible customer service half of the hotel is not finished and it’s dirty is loud people there and they blame you for stuff you didn’t do and don’t want to give you your deposit back

Once the renovations are complete, it should be a really nice motel. Currently, if you’re simply looking for a safe place to sleep, I would recommend and would return myself. My initial room smells like smoke, but the friendly staff immediately changed our room. The both rooms were spacious and clean. We did spot 1 ant in the first room and 1pill bug the last day in our assigned room. I attribute this to outside ground breakup due to renovations. But, nothing that I would label as a “problem”. You may not see a sign for the property (there is a “Baymont” sign off the backside of property). It is immediately accessible to the freeway.

I arrived at the hotel and checked in. After returning later at night and carrying luggage to the outer door of the building my room is in (complete opposite side from office) the key card did not work. I had to pack back up the car to head back to the office.
