It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but they had someone who would carry the luggage to the room and come get the luggage when we checked out. They arranged a water taxi for us and took us to the exact spot to get it. Very helpful customer service."

"Loved this hitel, friendly staff, walkinging to stm lucia train station, lots of restaurants around, hotel building is old but kept it in very good condition, noce back yelard to relax and enjoy your breakfast or a drink, bathroom is fully remodeled and very clean, room was decent size and beds were very comfortable, breakfast was the best. I would stay in here again. Highly recommend it "
