"Scenic bayside location; convenient place to leave a car and explore San Francisco by public transportation. Staff was attentive and responsive to our needs (I was set for a nearby medical procedure and needed a quiet place to rest and recuperate post-operation.) Nice bar and restaurant with Bay views, outdoor deck. Not a new facility but decently maintained. Good walking paths on and around the property."

"I think for the area it’s very beautiful and worth the price. I must admit the area it’s around isn’t the best but once you pass the bridge it’s really nice. Staff was nice at check in and make your stay comfortable. Rooms looked clean and new. I only stayed for the night as a emergency but I would stay there if I planned on going to Oakland again. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch with a couple of different snacks and food. Not too big but enough to enjoy. We had breakfast outside looking at the lovely view of water, looking towards at the city of Alameda. The only think I wasn’t so please was $17 for parking. Other hotels if they do charge (because most don’t) will charge about 5$ or 10$ max. Other than that, it was a great stay."
