"Nice and clean staff is great"

"I HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES. THIS TIME WAS GOOD. THE BREAKFAST WAS A LITTLE IMPROVED. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. MY ONLY COMPLAINTS WERE THE BED SQUEAKED IN ROOM 106, THE BATHTUB WATER WAS CLOGGED AND THE WATER DRAINED SLOWLY AND THE SOAP DISPENSER WAS EMPTY. FEEL SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB. I STILL WOULD RETURN BECAUSE IT IS VERY DOG FRIENDLY AND STILL VERY COMFORTABLE. WE WERE IN A KING SIZE EXECUTIVE SUITE WHICH HAS 2 TV AND A SOFA BED. VERY ROOMY. I WILL BE BACK!"

"Beautifully updated & clean room & property; everything new. Nice landscaping, free slow level 2 car chargers, lovely lobby / breakfast area, nice amenities like a small 24-hour gym, mildly heated outdoor pool w/ lounge chairs & pool towels (no natural shade until evening but a handful of tables w/umbrellas), fire pit, & best free hotel breakfast I’ve had. The pool & basketball court r open until 10pm. Our double queen suite (1 bedroom) was nicely stocked with all the basic washable equipment you’d need to do some light cooking or reheating of food, including a dishwasher and provided dishwasher detergent! Even a brand new sponge and dish soap. The beds were medium firm. We’re used to soft beds but didn’t notice the firmness too much until I woke with a slightly numb shoulder from side sleeping. Got used to the firmness by the second night with no complaint. Our room was on the road side of the building rather than the field side, but the infrequent road noise wasn’t very noticeable and my toddler and kindergartener slept through the night with no problem. We did not hear any neighbors even though there were rooms on both sides and above and below us. Like most 3-star and lower hotels these days, housekeeping doesn’t come daily. But I was surprised that even when a request was put in at 8am, I was told it was a “late” request and they might not be able to accommodate that day. Fortunately they did, as I really needed it! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"A Napa experience we won’t forget and this property exceeded my expectations. A fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar was a huge bonus since we enjoyed cooking together. The master suite was a dream. Back patio with gas fire pit made for wine and wind down time absolutely perfect. Roses in full bloom, host was so easy to communicate with throughout and I most certainly will stay here again when I return!!"

"Staff was not very helpful sheets where dirty visibility and the place is run down tub needed to be scrubbed and the ac unit I couldn’t even use you could see caked on dust and debris on the part of the unit where air comes out threw the blades and the internet was out the entire stay overall horrible choice "
