"Property as described, very easy to message Travis and have him respond. Liked the driveway to park 2 vehicles. Had a minor issue but Travis worked to remedy the situation quickly and efficiently even on Thanksgiving."

"We booked this property because it was within walking distance to the State Fairgrounds. We had 2 couples splitting this property so the layout worked great for us. The property could use some much needed maintenance though. There are many doors that didn't close for different reasons and some of them had to be wedged shut for privacy. The washing machine did not work, I reached out to the owner through text and the VRBO app and never got a response so we had to go to a laundromat which took up...

We were also unlucky that on our last night the guests in the other half of the duplex were loud until 2am and since the walls are thin, we could not sleep half of the night.Location, safe parking at the back and affordability are the big pros.Hovewer on first night only 1 parking space was avialable, on the second night only 1 spot was taken.The rooms are pass-through. "Overall it was a good experience. The house was very nice and clean. We had a hiccup with the air conditioner, but the owners replied to our message immediately and walked us through how to remedy the situation. We were unable to park in front of the vacation home because the neighbors quickly informed us "That's where his brotha parks". We didn't want to start a gang war, so we carefully parked our Honda Pilot in the garage even though we were told it was slated for a "compact car". No harm, no...
