"We had a great time at the Aubrey rental! There was a small issue checking in with the keypad not working but the host answered right away and personally came to the rental to fix the issue. He was very apologetic and kind. There wasn't a problem after that. The house is very clean and the beds were really comfortable! It's located in a very convenient location and a quite community. "The location and grounds were great! We had a little trouble finding some basic items - remotes, light switches. Having a binder with all the details would be very helpful (wifi passwords, codes, how to reach manager, where to put trash, check out procedures, etc). Our negative about the stay - we had multiple people come to the property while we were staying who did not introduce themselves and we weren't given awareness they would be coming, it overall gave as an uncomfortable feeling.
