No instructions were given for check in or check out which is not a problem. "Nice property with a lot of space that could use some TLC as it appears to be well used, especially the outside pool area. Location was excellent and neighborhood quiet. "

"Property is in a great location with a grocery store a few minutes away and the town of McKinney with local stores and restaurants. There is plenty of parking in a quite cul-de-sac."
