"Waited for over 15 minutes for anyone to check me in. Then there was no hot water."

"Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. Hotel just needs to be more observant and get the folks who want to ruin the place to clean up after themselves"

"We were in town for a hockey tournament at the Tim Hortons Ice arena which was 5 mins from the house. 9 of us stayed for the weekend the house was comfortable for all of us. No complaints. Brook was a great host, excellent communication and ready to help with anything we needed. We would stay again."
